Resource Packet
In lieu of ordering a Resource Packet from CDDER/UMass Chan Medical School, Service Providers may assemble their own Resource Packets using the hyperlinks below to download, print and assemble a Resource Packet for each staff.
Please note: Training blister packs must be provided for students who are taking the online course; images of blister packs may not be used in the training. Blister packs cannot be packaged with medication, OTC, or prescription medication (this includes expired medications) for training or testing purposes. It is recommended that trainers place a sticker on self-assembled blister packs to indicate that they are for demonstration or training purposes only.
